After a 40+ hour extension I have received the following votes:

  0 No
  0 Abstain

Since more than 2/3 of the voting membership of the committee (18) has
voted Yes or No, I declare the offical result of the vote on the FITS
MIME proposal as:
 13 Yes
  0 No
  6 Abstain

And hence the proposal is accepted.
