[vlbatests] Proposed update to HN pointing model parameters

Dear everyone,

After having another look at the pointing data I propose to introduce changes to the pointing model parameters for HN on the maintenance day tomorrow (in addition to the previously discussed SC pointing model update).
Similar to SC, the new HN parameters are derived by jointly fitting in ptanal 7mm+1cm+2cm single-dish offsets measured between 2026 June 20 and now. The pointing model also updates the collimation offsets as letting them vary seems to improve the fit.
No manual editing was done for the pointing data.
