[vlbatests] SCHED 12.2 deployed AOC

Hi all,
SCHED 12.2 should now be deployed at the AOC as the default sched.
Please let me know of any issues.

If you need to use 12.1 for any reason you should still be able to by 
invoking the following:

export SCHED="/opt/local/stow/OLD/sched-12.1/share/sched/"
alias sched="${SCHED}/bin/sched"
