[Pafgbt] Soldering new dipoles

Bob,

We have 20 kits, with one soldered already, so 19 remaining. Due to a 
design change, we have quite a few thin rods with the copper/gold 
plating. Should we went a few of the thin rods to you, or an entire kit 
perhaps?
