[Pafgbt] Working with GBT FITS files

Brian, Karl, and all,

Some time ago you mentioned that you'd like some help in dealing with FITS 
files.  To that end I've started a web page that might break the ice.  At 
the moment it briefly outlines how one can access FITS files currently 
written by the GBT system, but we can extend the page to PAF data based on 
some initial thoughts I documented a couple of years ago.  Any thoughts 
you have on how I could help demystify FITS files would be welcome.
