Here is another reminder about the Zoom yoga sessions held each week on Tuesday and Friday. Details are below. Marisa has also begun to develop some shorter on-demand sessions that are hosted at https://www.marisawolfe.com/nrao/ The password is stardust and each ~5 minute desk-based video targets common concerns expressed by NRAO attendees.
