Select NRAO/AUI Official Visitor
Register by event - select NRAO NM Event Registration
Complete personal information

Location and Travel Dates
Select New Mexico - Domenici Science Operations Center and select dates

Purpose of visit
Select Conference
You can list me as your host with my email, lappel at nrao.edu
Select Scientific visitor (no support)
Travel and Lodging - Event Name = NM Symposium
DPS - enter info
Onsite Resources - check no resources needed
Travel and lodging - click no, my visit does not require travel arrangements
Submit

(Only items with a red asterisk need to be completed)
