[MODEST] Modest-2 workshop

Dear all:

Greetings from Amsterdam, where we have concluded our second MODEST workshop.
See the web site "http://www.manybody.org/modest-2.html", and notice also the
artistic photographs made by Peter Teuben.  A few highlights:

-- we have revamped the web site  "http://www.manybody.org/modest.html" .

-- we have started eight new working groups (see our web site); any input
   for any of those in terms of links to your own work would be greatly
   appreciated!

-- we will produce a summary paper for modest-2, as we did for modest-1;
   Alison Sills and Simon Portegies Zwart will be the editors.

-- we have decided upon dates for the next few MODEST meetings:

      Modest-3: July 9-11, 2003, Melbourne, Australia
      Modest-4: Jan. 12-14, 2004, TBA
      Modest-5: Aug. 11-14, 2004, Hamilton (Ontario), Canada
      Modest-6: Jan. 17-19, 2005, Heidelberg, Germany
