[Mnj] Patches for Macs

The AIPS TV program XAS did not complete its exit functions on Macs.  It failed to turn off the TV lock server and clear the Unix sockets.  Rearranging to closedown routine lets these functions be done ahead of the Xwindow shut downs.  This function has worked on Linux but works fine in the new order as well.

The AIPS install procedure apparently had a debug statement in it that caused Mac architecture to always be MACINT even when it should have been MACARM.

A MNJ now will correct these in 31DEC23 and 31DEC24.
