[Mnj] Linux changes

Due to "end of life" issues the computer used to prepare the 32-bit binary version of aips ("dave") has been turned off.  Additionally, the 64-bit binary Linux version has been recompiled on a RedHat 8 OS, up from RedHat 7.  If you have any issues with MNJs or installations, please let me know promptly.

The next AIPSLetter will come out soon.
