I have released a new version of Chapter 4 on calibration.  It now is 
geared to the modern EVLA with information about the historic VLA 
relegated to a new Appendix O.  Appendix E (EVLA) has been removed from 
the CookBook although the old files remain.

A MNJ on any AIPS version will download the new PostScript files and 
also COOKBOOK.PDF containing the full CookBook with cross-references.
