A reminder that 31DEC16 is now more or less frozen and 31DEC15 is
viewed as obsolete (but still may be read from the ftp and rsync
areas).

31DEC17 is available as the new development version:
     http://www.aips.nrao.edu/dec17.shtml

This version already has some interesting goodies which you may wish
to acquire:

    1. PCNTR has an option to compute fractional polarization on the
       fly for plotting.
    2. TVSPC now can plot planes from a cube interactively along with
       the interaction spectra.
    3. SETFC no longer requires an output BOXFILE.
    4. REWAY has an optional statistical output display to give you an
       idea of the range of weights (min, max, mean, rms) over baseline
       or antennas separated by IF and polarization.  A full report may
       be written to a text file.
    5. CALIB now allows you to write full histiry information to the
       input file even if an output file is written.
