I have just now fixed at least two more bugs - one of which kept all application of calibration from SN tables from working. The other seemed to cause the values from the CL table for the first scan to be used for the full data set. A MNJ starting now should fix these 2 bugs. I am sorry for all the confusion. Eric Greisen
