[Mnj] gala

The computer (gala) that prepares MACINT load modules and sees to it 
that text files are put into the rsync area has been hung up since March 
20 due to a power failure.  It was just resurrected and the mnj preps 
for NEW and TST run.  Owners of Macs may want to run a MNJ soon - I was 
away in March but have fixed a number of things in April that will be of 
interest and led to patches to 31DEC12.
