[Mnj] REBYTE patched

Service program REBYTE had a nasty error.  The symptom was an abrupt
cessation of file translation due to a loss of user number.  But even
if that did not get overwritten, long rows in BP and IM tables were
not handled properly.  BP tables with modest number of channels (~120)
times IFs times polarizations would have been okay.  A POSSM plot will
show affected data clearly.

A MNJ on 31DEC07 will pick up REBYTE and a completed VLA antenna
position corrections file for 2007.
