[Mnj] VBGLU and 31DEC09

VBGLU was found to have a very unpleasant bug that would cause data to 
be confused - with some IFs being filled in from wrong baselines.  It 
arose when the data were not in strict TB order but rather more like T? 
order with baselines in a partly fixed but not numeric order.  the bug 
has been fixed in 31DEC08 and can be had with a MNJ tomorrow.

The 31DEC09 release is available - although waiting for the VBGLU fix 
until tomorrow would be a good idea.

The VBGLU error has been present since it was overhauled in August 2006. 
  You should run the task over again on all data to which it was applied.
