[Mnj] FILLM patch issued

A patch for 31DEC06 FILLM has been issued.  A double read at ends of
file caused a sample to be lost and, sometimes, caused a change in
mode to be misunderstood.  The latter, at least in one case, caused
the task to die with errors about the CL table (due to a change in
number of polarizations).

A MNJ on 31DEC06 will pick up this patch - or the usual manual patch
methods are available for those sites that compile their own copy of
AIPS locally.
