[Mnj] bug in SPLIT

A patch has been issued for a bug in SPLIT.  When SPLITting multiple
sources, it was possible for SPLIT to lose track of DOCAL, DOBAND,
DOPOL, and DOBL.  This could happen when there were no data samples in
the time range for a particular source.  After this happened, all data
written out were uncalibrated.

The patch is available for 31DEC06 now (along with 11 previous ones)
via the MNJ or via the old fashioned patch methods.  See

The fully implemented correction will appear in 31DEC07 after midnight
Mountain Daylight Time today (Sunday June 10) for installation via the
MNJ or subsequent full installations.

I am suprised that this bug has lasted as long as it has.
