[Mnj] OOPS!!!

I just broke things.  If you have run a MNJ today you will have to fix
something by hand.  If you run the MNJ after receiving this you should
not have a problem.  (I fixed the installation just now.)

The UPDUPDATE file made a ln -s of UPDSRTUNQ to UPDSRTUNQ.SED.  To fix
this

cd $AIPS_ROOT
source LOGIN.CSH
$CDTST
cd $TST/$ARCH/UPDATE
rm UPDSRTUNQ
ln $UPDUNIX/UPDSRTUNQ UPDSRTUNQ
