The 31DEC03 MNJ is now solidly frozen. After you have brought it up
to date one last time, the MNJ will simply complain about the dates
not changing.
Watch the aips web pages for any patches to 31DEC03 - they have to be
applied by hand. The last 31DEC03 AIPSLetter can be obtained from the
aips web site:
