[Mnj] New directories

Those of you using cvs for all file copies got your new directories
and such with no problems.  Those secondary machines that use other
forms of file copying will have had the MNJs fail.  You need to create
the following directories by hand:

      $AIPS_ROOT/31DEC03/MACPPC
      $AIPS_ROOT/31DEC03/MACPPC/SYSTEM
      $AIPS_ROOT/31DEC03/INC/NOTST/MACPPC
      $AIPS_ROOT/31DEC03/APL/DEV/UNIX/BELL/MACPPC

Then the MNJ when next run should work.
