[Mnj] This morning's fiasco

I am very sorry but somehow a bad typo crept in to a subroutine in
last night's job.  This means that all text files were updated but no
tasks were relinked.  That is particularly bad last night since
numerous help files were changed.  Thus aips will use inputs to these
tasks that the load modules will not recognize correctly.  These tasks
are
