31DEC01 has been frozen since January 8, 2002.  You no longer need to
run MNJs to it.  The 31DEC02 version is available from

      ftp://ftp.cv.nrao.edu/pub/software/aips/31DEC02

The new MNJ uses cvs rather than ssh and seems to work since Japan's
Halca project started a MNJ before we got one going to the VLA from
Socorro!
