[mmaimcal] FYI: ALMA software release 7.1

Dear ALMA software users,

Along with the delivery of ALMA software release 7.1, the documentation,
release notes, and test matrix are now available.

Documentation can be found here:

*Please* forward this link to your staff and anyone who will be using
the ALMA software at the OSF.

The only documentation missing is the Telescope Calibration user manual.
This is expected to be delivered within a week.  A draft is available at 
http://almasw.hq.eso.org/almasw/pub/TELCAL/WebHome/TelCalUserGuide.pdf

The test acceptance matrix is also available:

This will help in testing the software, and providing feedback to the
developer on software performance.

The R7.1 release notes are also updated and available at:

This includes release notes for both the users and developers in Chile.
