[mmaimcal] CARMA deadline postponed

Because of the inclement weather on the east coast of the USA, many 
university campuses are closed for the first part of this week. In 
reaction to this, we have decided to postpone the deadline for CARMA 
proposals. The new deadline is Friday, February 12, at 12:00 CST (18:00 
UT). The CARMA website (http://www.mmarray.org) and the proposal website 
at the NCSA (http://carma-prop.ncsa.uiuc.edu/proposals) will be modified 
shortly to reflect the new deadline.
