It is the time to bring out worldwide members of the science team 
up-to-date on ALMA progress.  It has been a month in which ALMA has 
moved through a configuration with quite long baselines to a very 
compact one, in order to attack a range of commissioning problems.  We 
will discuss progress on some of the problems and some successes at the 
IPT meeting this week; those who wish to, please join us.
