Folks,

Although we've discussed ALMA development generally, mostly in terms of 
the decadal report, there is one item whose time scale is more 
immediate--that is whether the clauses in the antenna contracts which 
allow purchase of additional antennas at 2005 prices will be exercised. 
  We discussed a version of the attached document previously.  Please 
let me know your comments on this short document asap.
