[mmaimcal] MW R-magnitude at z=3

Folks,

What is the R magnitude of the MW at z=3.  The spectrum I have at hand, of
the MW at z=2, has less than 0.01 microJy but it has lots of spectral
lines in it and I cannot really see where the continuum is.  I don't have
the conversion with me...
