Folks,

In a note just circulated at NRAO, Jody Bolyard said:

"The exams are required annually and the protocols are based
on Chilean requirements for work at high elevations."

Note that NRAO policy until very recently was that the exams were 
required every two years.  I have just confirmed with Jody that the 
policy has changed; they are now required every year.
