'The request to transfer ownership & extend ATF to June 1st 2008 has been
accepted. Thanks to all those who provided comments & workarounds to the
issues.'

The transfer is from PSI to computing, with science support.  While this
has been a focus of our planning, as Richard's recent email noted it will
require some additional work from us.  As part of this CRE, the prototype
correlator currently located at the ATF will be transferred to the OSF
after the new 2 antenna correlator is installed over the next months, a
change from recent planning.  This could enable SD pointing, as on maser
sources, at the OSF.
