Who is coming?  Kawabe, Wootten, Wilson, Laing, Emerson, Vila Vilaro, 
Lucas, Mangum, Guilloteau, Hills, Ocampo, Dutrey, Liszt?  Noone on telecon.

Meeting to begin:  ca 2pm on 11 October in Garching.

Commissioning and Science Verification
Robert to present plan.

1. Sanity check of CSV numbers (times/bodies) and tasks.
	Position striptease

2. Priorities of various capabilities.
	Configuration
	Correlators

3. Decide how to sort out the interface to AIV; what the CSV team does 
when AIV
    is testing antennas.  Interface to HSO?  Discuss threat of 
insufficient Ops funding?

4. Hiring issues: how to attract people; various options for luring 
experienced
    people vs recruiting younger types and training them.

5. Integrating ACA 7m tasks and Japanese/EA staffing plan into CSV plan
    (Baltasar has homework to do this).

6. How much use can we really make of the ATF and how is this to be 
organized?

7. Science input into current delivery decisions (front ends, cal 
device, WVR and all
    that).
