[mmaimcal] Comments to draft calibration device technical specification

Hi Folks,

Based on our discussions during the latest ImCal telecon, I have updated 
the list of comments to the draft FE IPT document describing the 
technical specifications for the calibration device.  See

Please comment by Monday 2006/07/17, as I will post these comments to 
the document on EDM then.
