[mmaimcal] Re: P-SI (Prototype System Integration) planning

Folks

The ASAC telecon will be at 4pm on Tuesday next.   The PSI telecon
will impact that, and both will impact the Science IPT meeting.
Therefore I propose to move the mmaimcal meeting to the following
day, 22 Feb, at 4pm.  This follows the NAUG; I have requested the
usual rooms.
