[mmaimcal] Meeting today

Folks,

There will be an imcal meeting today.  We will discuss our homework from
today's IPT meeting:

- Two-antenna document. Working doc distributed; IPT leads/deputies to
jointly fill out, return by Nov 5th. (ESO has done some Exec-based
analysis).

I'll put together some material for an agenda; I expect us to be tasked
with quantifying the improvements which would occur if the two ALMA
antennas had identical, or nearly so, quadrupod designs.  We need to
discuss how we might do that.
