Marc Rafal will be resigning from his position as NA ALMA Deputy Project 
Manager effective March 1, 2005.  Marc will be establishing a consulting 
practice, Commonwealth Technical Consultants, LLC, based in 
Charlottesville.

Victor Gasho, NA Antenna IPT Lead,  will be leaving ALMA at the end of the 
month.

Baltasar Vila-Vilaró has assumed duties as ALMA Instrument Scientist, JP.

To many observers, the ALMA Town Meeting at the 205th AAS Meeting appeared
more fully attended than the NSF Town Meeting.  Presentations, etc. may

General Happenings

OSF: Completion of 22 bed facility at the Contractors Camp is the only
current construction activity at the site.  65% of the modified road is
completed (28km).  21 persons are working at the site.  The Altiplanic
Winter has begun at the AOS site:  cloudy, rain and snow even a small 
lighting storm at the OSF.

ATF: Holography completed on Vertex antenna, photogrammetry progressing.
Optical pointing under way on AEC antenna.

AOC: ATF support during antenna tests. 

Tucson:  ATF support during antenna tests.
