Folks,

As many of you are aware, the ASAC made some recommendations on the Science
Requirements for ALMA to the Board in their October Report.  The Board
responded to that Report, and I have made some revisions to bring the
Science Requirements document into accord with these comments.  Also there
were clarifications required by the SRR this summer, and it seemed
expedient to include those here also.

Most of these items have been accomplished.  The new Science Requirements
document is just in time for Christmas; if you are looking for a good
read over the holidays please look it over and provide comments.  We werent
able to have an all IPT telecon in December but we will remedy this in January
and at that telecon (18 Jan) this should be a main topic of consideration.
