Angel and Company are back and the inner configuration is submitted for
approval.  Contratulations to Angel, his crew and to John and Mark.

The Nutator requirements are just about completely finished.

The ALMA-ACA subarray design position is defined.

The ASAC has considered scary descope options, to be discussed by us today
and by the ANASAC on Friday.
