[mmaimcal]Meeting today

Hi Al, 

Fred has scheduled a meeting here in Socorro at 1:15pm to discuss sci staff 
policy.  So we will probably be late for an ALMA imcal meeting at 2pm.  
This is an important topic - perhaps we can delay if necessary so Socorro 
folks can attend?
