Folks,

Some time ago I distributed the ALMA Operations Plan for comment.  I have
not received written comments.  If you have some, now is the time!  ESO folks
provided ten pages of written comments for that Executive; not one word has
come from NRAO folks to the Operations Group.

There will be no mmaimcal meeting today; I will be meeting with Fred to go
over the Ops Plan.
