Because of the abrupt postponement of the AMAC and the travel schedule
of the JAO, it has been difficult to nail down an agenda for next week's
meetings in Socorro. 
 
My best understanding of the activities next week are described below. I
believe that the details will likely be worked in real time. Most people
are arriving in Socorro on Monday afternoon and evening. We will start
at the AOC is Socorro on Tuesday morning, finalize the agenda for the
week and then head to the VLA to see the ATF.  
 
 
Monday 20 January
 
            Travel Day
2:00      JAO/Antenna IPT discussions  
 
 
Tuesday 21 January
 
9:00      Gather at AOC (Socorro) for travel to VLA Site 
9:30      Leave for VLA Site 
10:30    ATF tour and demonstration and inspection of Vertex Antenna
12:00    Return to Socorro
2:00      ALMA Project Status (IPT leads/Deputies and any ALMA personnel
wishing to attend)
 
 
Wednesday 22 January
 
8:00      JAO/IPT meetings
12:30    Lunch at AOC (IPT leads/Deputies)
1:30      System Engineering Meetings
            Parallel meetings between specific IPTs and JAO
            EDM Training
6:30?    Group Dinner (time to be confirmed)
 
Thursday
 
8:00      AOS infrastructure (IPT Leads/Deputies)
            EDM Training opportunity
            
Friday
 
8:00      Systems Engineering Meeting
                        Continues over weekend
