Last week, many of us reviewed the Level 3 Milestones for the Science IPT;
many new ones were proposed, people volunteered, etc.  I have tried to
re-order the previous list and to incorporate new suggestions but there are
still some quirks to be ironed out.

The latest organizational chart for the Science IPT, based on the week's
iteration with Ewine, is also posted.
