Folks,

After a very good meeting, we are coming home.  It appears that -20% may be
a thing of the past.  We agreed that the finance folks will try to get funding
for an ALMA with all enhancements.

I have Stephane's draft calibration memo which I will send to Bryan and to
Mark tomorrow by FAX.  I propose we have a phone meeting at 4pm to discuss
it.  I will read it on the flight and send it tomorrow morning.

There will be no ImCal meeting today, as I will be in transit.
