Apropos his comments on our still-being-drafted CBI experience memo Tony

 The Bolivian winter this year has so far been pretty bad. It started
earlier than last year (mid- rather than late-December). We had a
snowstorm last weekend that was more severe than any we had last year in
the Bolivian winter, which deposited as much snow as a bad austral
winter storm.
