[mmaimcal] Imaging simulations including pointing error

Hi,

I have made a short report about my recent simulations including
antenna pointing error which I showed the results in last week.

Current my conclusion is that the pointing error could
affect the evaluation of array configurations very much.
But problem is that the evaluation including the pointing error
not so easy to do due to computing time.
