Al,

Because receivers will continue to improve during the ALMA construction 
phase, should we specify moving sensitivity targets? Say 10 h nu/k for 
the first batch, but 3 (or 4 or 5) h nu/k for those to be delivered in 
2010 (or 2012...). This goes with an idea of breaking up the receiver 
production into batches of 10-20 to allow design improvements along the 
way.
