I think we should not rush to try to do anything definitive in real time 
during the Munich meeting (by the way, wasn't there an earlier meeting
in 
Munich at which way too much was given up?) but instead we try to
prevail 
among the science group in Leiden next Month.  I don't think that the
science
group will have a hard time "getting it" as far as subarrays or the
number
of singledish antennas.   This is also the place to tackle the Larry
problem
by pointing out that he is arrogating to himself what should be purely 
scientific prerogatives.
