[mmaimcal] ALMA sensitivity

I have updated the sensitivity calculations for ALMA.  I put a short
explanation on the agenda for the next meeting, on 13 September.

Basically, I followed the prescription which Bryan & Co. gave
in MMA Memo No. 243, with roots back to Holdaway's memo on US/European
collaboration possibilities.
