[mmaimcal] C, N and O lines at z=10

The Array Formerly Known as the MMA  (AFKAM?  Thanks, Jack!) should be
able to see  CI and CII if these guys are right.  At z=9 they get

NII 122 0.06 K km/s

I think that at 1.1mm the AFKAM might reach a sensitivity of 0.006 K km/s
in eight hours, so would 'detect' all of these at some level.
