I don't want this exchange to go on much longer, but the 1995 report actually says, 2. Frequency coverage. The bulk of the science will be carried out within the 70 -- 380 GHz band. I certainly do not remember the extragalactic group ever discussing, much less recommending, this band be dropped in favor of 30 GHz. Simon
