[mmaimcal] Q-band receiver

Hi Folks,

I asked Graham Moorey about the status of the Q-band receiver to try
to clear-up our general confusion about its placement in the ALMA
receiver layout.  He said that it will be in the dewar for the
evaluation receiver, but will be placed outside the dewar for the
production receivers.
